You should choose clementines
that have a shinny, blemish free nice orange color. They should feel soft, but
not sunken in. You can keep at room temperature for about 2-3
days. After that you can keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
Preparation
It is always recommended
to clean the outside of citrus even if you do not consume the rind, as the dirt
and debris can get onto the inside after you touch the outside.
